About Shipping
La Cense Beef is processed in a USDA-certified facility. It is
hand-cut and trimmed, vacuum-sealed, and immediately frozen at the
time of processing. Your order is placed in an insulated container
with dry ice, and shipping is scheduled to ensure that your beef is
delivered in perfect condition.
- We offer Priority Overnight (delivery by 10:00 a.m.), Standard
Overnight (delivery by 5:00 p.m.), Expedited (2-3 days), and
Standard Shipping (4-7 days), and we ship within the United States
only.
- Shipments are sent Monday through Friday.
- Orders received up to 11:59 p.m. ship the next day, depending
on the day you order, the type of shipping you choose, and your
location. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
- Saturday delivery is available only in select areas and only
for Standard Shipping or Priority Overnight Shipping.
- Some holiday delivery is available, but only in select areas
and only by special request.
- Alaska orders ship via Priority Overnight Shipping only, but
Saturday delivery is not available. Hawaii orders ship via Standard
Overnight Shipping only. Orders to these states generally arrive
within 2 to 5 days.
- Shipping rates are charged per address shipped.
- Shipping rates and policies are subject to change without
notice.

Receiving a Frozen Product.
If your beef is no longer frozen when your package arrives, you
can place it in either your freezer or refrigerator as long as it
is cool to the touch. If you place the beef in your refrigerator,
please cook it within a day or two.
Tracking your order.
Upon purchasing La Cense Beef, you will receive two confirmation
e-mails.
The first confirmation will be sent upon completion of your
order and will provide puchase details and the expected delivery
date. The second confirmation e-mail will be sent when your order
is shipped, and will provide a tracking number and shipping
information.
