    1. The portion of the cow you wish to order: Full, Half, or Quarter.
    2. How many member households are participating in the order of the Full, Half, or Quarter Cow you are placing. (Of course it could be just your household.)
    3. The contact name at each member household along with mailing address, phone number, and email address. We will then forward a welcome notification to each member household along with a registration form via email. The registration form must be completed by each member household in order to receive all the special benefits of this program.
    4. The address to which you would like the order shipped.
    5. Your credit card information.
  • If you are placing an order for a full cow on behalf of your household and 2 others, please tell us so that we can send you a $100 American Express Gift Card along with 2 Free Shipping Coupons right away.
  • If someone you referred is forming a separate group of 3 or more members and wishes to purchase a full cow please make sure they tell us that YOU referred them so that you will receive a $100 American Express Gift Card along with 4 Free Shipping coupons right away.
