Boneless Short Ribs


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 (8oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 3 La Cense 8oz Boneless Short Ribs


Brown meat in hot oil. Add onions. Blend together remaining ingredients and pour mixture over the meat. Cover and simmer on low for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Our short ribs are 100% grass-fed, which makes them leaner than conventional grain-fed beef and requires less cooking time. Skim off remaining fat. Serve with a green salad.
