Cooked Pastrami Sub Sandwich


Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag coleslaw
  • Jar of dressing
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • Heinz spicy brown mustard
  • 6 sub buns
  • Butter
  • 3 lbs La Cense Pastrami

Instructions

Mix coleslaw and your desired amount of dressing and set aside. Put Pastrami in the Microwave for 40 seconds. Our pastrami is 100% grass-fed and has a lower fat content than conventional grain-fed beef, so it cooks faster. Cut Sub Buns in half. Butter the buns and cook on frying pan until golden. Put cheese on once they are just about done. Add the pastrami. Add spicy brown mustard to the of the top bun and side with a pickle and some potato chips.
