Bacon Cheese Steakburgers


  • 8 buns or kaiser rolls
  • 16 slices bacon
  • 8 slices lettuce
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 1 8-pack La Cense Beef Steakburger Patties


Preheat oven to broil. In a medium skillet, fry the bacon slices until crispy and cut each slice in half. Using the bacon grease pan, brown both sides of the steakburger patties leaving the center rare. Place each steakburger patty on a roasting pan and top with cheddar cheese and bacon. Broil for 5 minutes. Our steakburger patties are 100% grass-fed, so they have less fat content and cook more quickly than conventional burger patties do. Top each steakburger with lettuce, tomato and your favorite condiments and serve on a bun or kaiser roll.
