Easy Grilled Dry Rub T-Bone Steak


  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 teaspoons cracked black peppercorns
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper (optional)
  • 4 La Cense Beef T-Bone Steaks


Combine all rub ingredients. Press rub onto both sides of steaks and spray with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Begin by searing both sides of steaks over high heat until they lift easily off the grill. Grill over indirect medium heat, turning once, until reaching desired wellness. Our T-bone steaks are 100% grass-fed, so they cook faster than do conventional grain-fed steaks. Allow steaks to rest for at least five minutes before serving. Steaks will raise about 5 degrees in temperature during the rest.
