Easy Grilled Porterhouse Steak


  • 1 La Cense Porterhouse Steak
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Make sure beef is at room temperature. Place steak on a plate and coat lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle steak seasoning, salt and pepper onto steak, rubbing it into the meat. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for at least 20 minutes. Preheat grill to high heat. Unwrap steaks and grill on open flame or charcoal grill for 2 to 4 minutes per side, or to your desired degree of doneness. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and has a lower fat content, which means it cooks faster than conventional grain-fed beef. Let steaks rest for five minutes after grilling to redistribute natural juices.
