Easy Grilled Rocky Mountain Grill Steak
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 La Cense Beef Rocky Mountain Grill Steaks
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, pepper and garlic. Place the steaks on a shallow dish and rub the garlic mixture all over the meat. Marinate at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours or covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Turn the meat from time to time coat both sides evenly. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator an hour before cooking. Preheat the grill to high. Place steaks onto grill. Cover barbecue with lid, open any vents and sear for approximately two to three minutes per side or until preferred level of doneness. Our steaks are 100% grass-fed, so they are leaner than grain-fed beef and require less cooking time. When the steaks are charred and done to your liking, remove from grill. Let the steaks sit for fifteen minutes before serving.
