Easy Seared Cowboy Steak

Season steak with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. This steak is so flavorful that these ingredients are all it needs. Heat a heavy skillet on medium heat and add the steak. Sear on the first side for 5 minutes, turn and sear the other side for 5 minutes. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and has less fat than conventional grain-fed beef, so it cooks very quickly. Check to make sure the steak is nicely caramelized on each side. Cook the meat to your preferred degree of doneness (medium rare steak should have a 125° center). Let rest for a few minutes and enjoy!
