All items purchased from LaCenseBeef.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Our products are shipped frozen by overnight delivery service and there is a risk that they will spoil if not promptly received by the recipient and properly stored. You should ensure that someone is at your desired delivery address in order to receive the products and care for them upon delivery.
