From time to time we are out of some of our beef cuts. In order to accommodate your requests for these cuts, after conducting an audit we have selected a few cooperating ranches that operate under the same high standards of production quality that La Cense Beef practices. These production standards include Black Angus beef that is 100% grass fed and grass finished, free of hormones and antibiotics, and put respect for the animals land, and nature above all else.

La Cense Beef is committed to a natural and compassionate approach to sustainable ranching.
Grass is the natural food for cattle - not grain. Grain is difficult to digest and can necessitate the use of antibiotics. This is why cattle graze rotationally in open pastures on the tips of tall grass.
Humane treatment results in low stress levels and better health, eliminating any need for antibiotics or other drugs.
3. Better for the Land
Industrial grain-based feedlot operations foul the environment, expose cattle to inhumane conditions, require intensive consumption of fossil fuels and produce much higher levels of environmental pollutants.
Feeding cows a diet of grazed grass requires much less fossil fuel and impacts the environment in a more positive manner.
Sustainable ranching and management intensive grazing help keep cattle, air, land, and water healthy and can actually lower our carbon footprint.
